# VECTORI AUTHORISED DEALER LICENCE — Draft

**Licensor:** VECTORI

**Licensee:** Authorised dealer identified through the approved onboarding process.

## Purpose
A limited right to use VECTORI in connection with the legitimate marketing, evaluation, comparison and sale or purchase of vehicles represented by the authorised dealer.

## Licence
Non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable and limited to the agreed purpose. No source-code licence is granted. No right to white-label, copy, mirror, sublicense or create a competing product is granted.

## Dealer responsibility
The dealer is responsible for the truth, accuracy, currency, legal basis, authority and completeness of dealer-supplied information and documents. Misrepresentation, forged documents, unlawful content or unauthorised listings may lead to rejection, suspension or removal and may trigger further action where appropriate.

## VECTORI role
VECTORI may apply verification controls, but dealer submission alone is not proof that VECTORI has independently verified the dealer's statements.

## Data
Dealer data use, retention, deletion, confidentiality and processing must be governed by the applicable commercial and privacy terms.

## Legal review
This is a product-control draft, not a signed production agreement. South African legal review is required before commercial rollout.
