# VECTORI Data Use Policy — Draft

Dealer-owned inventory information remains subject to the applicable commercial agreement. VECTORI may process dealer-supplied information to operate the service, perform intake and evidence checks, support customer-facing intelligence, prevent misuse, meet audit needs and exercise applicable platform controls.

Dealer submissions must not be treated as independently verified VECTORI facts solely because a dealer uploaded them.

Systematic extraction, resale or commercial re-use of VECTORI datasets outside an authorised agreement is prohibited to the extent permitted by law.

Production implementation should use authenticated dealer accounts, role-based access, secure storage, retention schedules, deletion controls, audit logs and data-processing terms.
