1. Licence scope
VECTORI grants a limited, revocable permission to access and use the publicly available service for legitimate research, comparison, purchasing and other intended customer purposes. Authorised dealers receive a separate limited commercial licence for legitimate vehicle-sales and purchase participation.

2. No transfer of ownership
This licence does not transfer ownership of VECTORI software, source code, interface, calculation engines, methodologies, content, data architecture, branding, trademarks or other intellectual property.

3. Restrictions
Except to the extent applicable law expressly permits otherwise, you may not copy, reproduce, adapt, reverse engineer, decompile, extract, scrape, systematically collect, redistribute, resell, sublicense, white-label, mirror or commercially exploit VECTORI or any substantial part of its proprietary materials, or use them to build a competing service.

4. Dealer access
Authorised dealer access is non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable and limited to the agreed vehicle-sales/purchase purpose. Dealer credentials must not be shared or sublicensed.

5. Dealer content
Dealers remain responsible for the accuracy, legality, authority and completeness of their submissions. VECTORI may review, restrict, suspend, correct or remove dealer content in accordance with applicable law and platform controls.

6. Legal limits
Nothing in this licence excludes or limits rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. This document should be reviewed by South African counsel before being relied on as a production legal agreement.
