# VECTORI Privacy Notice — Demonstrator Draft

This notice is a demonstrator control document, not production legal advice. Personal information should be processed only for identified, lawful purposes with appropriate security, retention and data-subject rights controls.

For the Dealer Portal, VECTORI should minimise collection to information needed for onboarding, asset verification, support, audit and platform operation. Sensitive or unnecessary personal information should not be uploaded to the demo intake.

Production deployment should implement POPIA governance, including lawful basis, information-security safeguards, retention/deletion rules, operator/processor arrangements, data-subject rights, incident response and cross-border transfer controls where applicable.
