# VECTORI Terms of Use — Product Control Framework

These draft terms are intended for the South African demonstrator and must be reviewed before production reliance.

## Acceptable use
Use VECTORI lawfully and only for its intended service purposes. Do not interfere with platform security, reverse engineer the service except where legally unavoidable, scrape the service at scale, impersonate VECTORI, or use the service to build a competing product from proprietary VECTORI materials.

## Intellectual property
VECTORI and its licensors retain all intellectual-property rights in the service, software, content, interface, methodologies and branding, subject to third-party rights. Copyright protects computer programs as a category of protected work under South African law.

## Dealer content
Dealer-supplied statements remain the dealer's responsibility. Uploading content does not make it an independently verified VECTORI fact. Dealers must hold the rights and authority needed to submit the information.

## Availability and disclaimers
VECTORI is a demonstrator / pre-production platform. Scenario results are not lender approvals, insurance quotations, inspection certificates, valuations or legal opinions.

## Liability
Any exclusion or limitation is subject to applicable law and any rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

## Electronic contracting
Electronic transactions are subject to South Africa's Electronic Communications and Transactions Act 25 of 2002 and other applicable laws.
