# VECTORI IP Protection Framework

Protection is layered rather than based on the footer alone:

1. Copyright and proprietary source-code notices.
2. Trade-mark registration and controlled brand use.
3. Public terms of use.
4. Authorised dealer licence and data terms.
5. Technical access controls, authentication and rate limiting.
6. Server-side protection of high-value proprietary calculations as the platform matures.
7. Audit logging and evidence immutability for production integrations.

The goal is to make unauthorised copying contractually prohibited where enforceable, protectable under applicable IP law, technically harder and commercially less attractive. No licence can guarantee that an attempted copy will never occur.
